NYC Smooch Proof 16 hr Lipstain Review (Champagne Stain 493 and Smooch Proof 494)

 I bought the NYC Smooch Proof 16 hr Lip Stain in two colours, Smooch Proof and Champagne Stain, and I really like this product. The lipstains are such a steal at around $5 because they are so pigmented, easy to apply and they last a long time.

I love the colour Smooch Proof as it is a nice red with a hint of pink.  The product promises up to stay on for 16 hours which is definitely a stretch, I would say 3hrs-4hrs tops. The lip stain does not dry my lips out but it certainly does not add any moisture.

There are 10 different colours ranging from purple to fuchsia to coral. The one thing about this product that I do not like it the taste it leave on the lips. If anyone has ever accidentally tasted ear wax then they would know what I'm talking about, and they would agree it's very unpleasant  Of course, the taste only lasts the first time you lick your lips so it's not a deal breaker.

Overall, I love this lip stain and think it's a great product for a great price and I would definitely recommend it.
